Terms and Conditions

By registering for the Basics of Pistol course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participants must be at least 21 years of age to attend the course.
2. All participants must sign a waiver and release form before participating in any shooting activities.
3. Participants are required to bring their own pistol and ammunition for the course. If you do not own a pistol, rentals may be available for an additional fee.
4. Proper safety gear, including eye and ear protection, must be worn at all times during shooting activities.
5. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises during the course. Any participant found under the influence will be asked to leave immediately.
6. The Basics of Pistol course is a full-day training program, and participants are expected to attend the entire duration of the course. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
7. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the training location.
8. The National Rifle Association and the instructors of the course are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the training program.
9. By registering for the course, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood all safety guidelines and instructions provided during the training.
10. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and seek clarification on any topics covered during the course.
